    fix: Update monster-select component for better usability #316

    - Modified `development/issues/closed/316.html` to specify the select element as "Select WIDTH" and added an explicit width style of 200px to the `monster-select` element. This enhances the clarity of the UI by explicitly indicating that the selection pertains to width adjustments.
- Enhanced `source/components/form/style/select.pcss` by adding styles to ensure that certain span elements inside controls have balanced text wrapping, improving the readability and presentation of the text in those UI components.
- Updated `source/components/form/stylesheet/select.mjs` to ensure the new styles can be applied without issues. This avoids potential layout problems and accommodates the typography better across different screen sizes.
